Below are some of are common questions about orders
For out-of-stock item, you have two options:
- Pre-order it and enjoy a 10% discount with an average waiting period of 1.5 months. Please kindly refer to our pre-order question for more details.
- Get notified by email. Please enter your email by clicking the button “Notify Me” in order to be notified as soon as the product is back in stock. We will prepare a special package to thank you for your patience.
As we act consciously, we are committed to keeping limited stock, no overproduction, and no waste.
If the product is out of stock, you can pre-order it and enjoy a 10% discount. Each product is carefully crafted and will require approximately 1.5 month to get ready for shipping. Our pre-order will be our top priority and we will minimize the waiting time as much as possible.
We will notify you by email as soon as it is produced and ship it to your address according to your delivery choice.

We will only engrave after final confirmation by email.
Engraved / personalized products will take more time for delivery.
Our 925 silver products are protected with an anti-tarnish coating or plated with rhodium to preserve its color and shine. However, silver is a natural and noble material that reacts with its environment (contact with sea-salt water, contact with bleach, pH of the skin, etc.). It is, therefore, possible that your jewelry will oxidize naturally.
However, it is possible to restore its original shine by cleaning it carefully with a chamois cloth and/or using a specific product intended for this purpose
We have included a special silver jewelry cleaning cloth in our packaging, under the jewelry sponge holder pad.

If you have received a wrong product, please reach out to us at contact@germain-jewelry.com by submitting your order number, a picture of the wrong item, and the envelope in which your products were delivered. You will be promptly assisted and send you back the correct item at our costs.
Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over EUR300 / US$ 330
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address within one hour of your payment. However, we have an
automated shipping system, we will try our best to update the order but we can’t guarantee. Please contact us by email at contact@germain-jewelry.com for assistance.
Once the order has been dispatched, we can’t change the address.
If a package is sent to an incorrect address due to a mistake or incorrect information provided by the customer, we will not refund if the package is lost.

Depending on the choice of carrier, we offer two types within 7 days and 14 days.
For engraved and personalized orders, we need to have 2 to 4 days to prepare the order from the confirmation of the design by the client.
We can always arrange special delivery to specific countries. However, the price will not include VAT / import taxes. The clients will be responsible to bear the payment of local import taxes.

We work mainly with local national post for e-express services (10 to 14 days) and express delivery (4 to 7 days) by Aramex, Fedex and their partners.
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Germain’s warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
Returns
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Provided that the jewelry is in the same condition as you received it. You must return your item with its original packaging. You will be responsible for the costs (€25) of returning the goods. The amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
How do I return my order?
- Request a refund by visiting our Return Page.
- You will receive an email containing detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) based on your location.
- Securely package the relevant item(s) and send them to us as per the provided instructions.
- Once we receive your return, we will process it within 10 business days. The refund will exclude any delivery costs incurred.
In order for us to return your jewelry, it must return to us in perfect condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange due to the increase of logistic costs. You need to proceed to a refund.
The handling time for the warehouse is up to 10 business days, but it's usually handled quicker. Once we have the information that your return is handled, we will refund your order automatically.
Reimbursement of funds can only be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
If you used PayPal, your refund will be instant.
In case you paid with a credit card, the refund should be reflected within 24 hours. Some banks may be slower, so please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
Please note that handling time may be a bit slower in times of holidays and increased workflow in the facilities. Additionally, kindly reach us at contact@germain-jewelry.com where we'll be on hand to assist with the current status of your refund.
Unfortunately, we are not in the position to change the receiving account or card for processing a refund.
The reimbursement of funds can only be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
Please note that PayPal allows refunds to be processed within a maximum of 180 days after the initial payment.
Payments
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Unionpay). Your bank account will be debited upon validation of your order on our eshop.
Paypal payments are also accepted, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Unfortunately, we are only selling online for now.
